Sienna first started practicing yoga 5 years ago when she was looking for an alternative to regular exercise. On her first class she knew that she had found something special. After travelling and trying many different styles of yoga she found Vinyasa yoga and hasn’t looked back since.
Sienna believes that yoga is for everyone and encourages students to listen to their bodies to develop their own yoga awareness. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes it’s simple there to help bring awareness and stillness to our mind and body.
