Tania Perry

Tania has been practicing yoga since 2003, initially using it as a tool for dealing with her own stress and anxiety. An educator with 15 years experience, she has worked in the area of Health and Well-being for over a decade.
Tania believes in the power of positive relationships and works closely with her students so that they can grow and develop as practitioners.
She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Byron Yoga Centre, in the Purna Yoga method, a Canadian based system that blends Hatha, Vinyasa, Meditation, Pranyama and Lyengar styles. She has since trained in Adjustments and Corrections, Anatomy and Physiology and Yin Yoga.
Coming from a dance background, her classes focus on creative sequencing, spirituality and are playful, balancing strong progressions with soothing flows.
She believes in offering an authentic yoga experience and works to support practitioners of all levels. Her motto *Drop from your head to your heart...and let your intuition be your guide*.
