Our 4 Week Intro Into Mindfulness Course is perfectly suited to students with little or basic meditation experience looking to develop the foundations of a mindful practice. The course runs once a week for a total of 4 weeks and will introduce you to the basic principles of meditation for mindfulness. For only $99 this 4 week introduction into mindfulness includes: 4 classes with an experience mindfulness trainer, downloadable guided meditations for you to keep and a 20 page guidebook.

OM Yoga Australia is located in on the corner of Toorak Road & Clara Street, just down from the Como Centre. We are in the same building as Giant bike shop at South Yarra.
Parking for OM Yoga Australia
There is convenient 1 -2 hour parking available in many places around the studio including Clara Street & Tivoli Road. There is also a large car park in Surrey Rd North that offers 2 hour free parking. If you park there it’s a 1-2 minute walk to the studio!
The things you need to know before your first class
We know that your first yoga class can be scary. We’ve been there too!
Don’t worry, you don’t have to be fit or flexible. You don’t need special yoga clothes and you don’t even need a yoga mat.
Turn up 15 minutes early and wear comfortable clothes.
